Merlino’s House is a multi awarded oil making farm on the North-East slopes of Mt. Etna. In the 90’s, Merlino family transformed an old hazelnut orchard in an olive grove. From 2007, under the protected denomination Monte Etna DOP, the farm produces organic olive oil that represents the quintessence of Mt. Etna extra-virgin olive oil.
Merlino’s House is also a place where experience the authentic taste of Sicilian cuisine during our cooking classes, in an area surrounded of olive trees, vines and silence.
