It was 1689 when Prince Gravina Cruyllas decided to erect this sumptuous mansion not far from Taormina, overlooking the sea and with Mount Etna at its back. In its three centuries of existence, Castello San Marco has hosted travellers on the Grand Tour and numerous other guests of the Prince's family. Today, the Murabito family, preserving the castle's original identity, has transformed it into an authentic and exclusive place of hospitality also suitable for major events.
